Superior Home Services uses state of the art technology by implementing several programs and internal systems that help meet our client's needs in the most efficient way possible.

Superior Home Services utilizes Microsoft SQL to maintain a custom-built database that distributes online, real time information to all users. Information is available to our internal users with the point and click of a mouse allowing instantaneous access to any file to provide our clients answers to their questions at a moment's notice. External users are able to access current information, such as claim resolution and photos of the property in a before, during and after format through our website, which is SSL encrypted, to add an extra layer of protection for our clients.

Superior Home Services maintains a variety of relationships with client vendors, including Fidelity, First American, DRI and Fiserv. These relationships allow Superior Home Services access to necessary information to assure the timely handling of insurance claims on the client's behalf.

Superior Home Services also maintains a relationship with Marshall Swift/Boeckh who provide the DDS multi-line software, IntegriClaim, which allows Superior Home Services the ability to provide consistent repair estimates for properties anywhere in the United States. The InteriClaim system is updated quarterly to reflect regional price changes and to assure that Superior Home Services is providing the most current information to our clients as it relates to repair estimates in the industry.

Superior Home Services utilizes Crystal reports as the writing package to distribute reports on both a weekly and a monthly basis via email as requested by our clients. This program allows Superior Home Services to compose clear and concise reports for our clients in a variety of areas, such as the insurance claim process, the repair process and the recoverable process. Standard reports are available on the web with adhoc reports being available upon request through the client's account representative.
