Are You a Licensed and Insured Repair Specialist?
Do You Repair Residential Properties?

Superior Home Services, Inc. has been in the Hazard Insurance Recovery and Repairs business since 1984. We are always looking for good quality repair specialists to inspect and submit bids to do specific home repairs. Currently, we repair over 3000 properties each year throughout the United States. We are a fast growing firm seeking qualified, reliable representatives nationwide to team up with us to repair vacant properties.

The Superior Home Services Bid and Contract Process
You will be required to repair only those items listed on the Repair List provided to you. All additional damages found must be identified and Superior Home Services must be notified immediately. When a specific Repair List is not available, you may be asked to provide a list of rooms and dimensions as well as a list of recommended repairs.

Once bids are received, they are reviewed by the Construction Project Coordinator for the region/state in which the property is located. (Please see the Region/Coordinator Map to determine the appropriate contact for your region.) These bids are then submitted to our clients.

Upon receipt of our client's approval to repair, the repair specialist will be contacted and a Repair Contract will be created. A Draw Payment Schedule will be established based on the job size.

All Repair Contracts are drawn up with specific timeframes expected for completion; these timeframes must be strictly adhered to. Our contracts provide for penalty clauses for jobs not completed on time. If delays are incurred, the Construction Project Coordinator for that job must be notified immediately.

Upon receipt of photographs showing work completed for each draw, a check will be issued by Superior Home Services in accordance with the Draw Payment Schedule. Photographs must be labeled and must show full room view of all repairs completed. All repairs must be well documented to ensure completion.

Checks are issued from our home office once each week on Wednesday. Photographic documentation must be received by Thursday for payment on the following Wednesday.

Contractor Requirements
Superior Home Services requires our representatives to carry General Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in coverage. Superior Home Services is to be noted as the Certificate holder. Documentation of Worker's Compensation must also be forwarded to Superior Home Services prior to payment for repairs done. If you do not carry Worker's Compensation, an exclusion form stating such will be forwarded to you. You will also be asked to complete and sign a W-9 Form for tax purposes as well as a Confidentiality Agreement. This paperwork will be forwarded to you prior to the execution of a Repair Contract.

Wherever you need us, we're already there.  We are nationwide.
