Vital Information Needed When Submitting Your Bid

· Please make sure to include both interior and exterior personal debris in the details of your bid; cubic yardage and type(s) of debris are also required information.

· Let us know how the roof looks. Are there a lot of holes in it? Is it old? If it is damaged, what is it damaged from (age, tornado, storm, wind)? We also need to know if the roof needs to be replaced, tarped, or patched. Please state which option you recommend, but provide bids for each option.

· Please bid per our repair list. If there are any additionals (items that are not on our repair list, but are important enough to include in your bid), please write them down, and bid separately for these. We will need a separate price and photos for each item, and we will need to know your best guess at what caused these additional damages.

· Is the property secure? If not, tell us what needs to be done to secure it and what that cost is to secure. How many doors and windows need securing? Properties should always be secure, if they are not, please inform Superior Home Services immediately.

· Are there any posted code violations or notices from the city? Please notify SHS immediately if violations or notices are found. Also, advise Superior of the details of these postings or violations.

· If permits will be required, inform us how much the permit fees will be as well as the estimated time to obtain them.

· Make sure to itemize your bid: how much for each room/each area of repairs that needs to be done? Make sure the grand total is written or typed clearly on your cover sheet.
