The Importance of Getting Bids In On Time:

It is very important to get your bids in on time. We are now requiring bids to be submitted within seven days. If you are unable to bid on a property within the requested timeframe, please contact the Associate or Coordinator as soon as possible.

Also, if there are additional repairs that are not included in the repair list, please list them and bid on them separately; this “additional” bid must be separate from the repair list bid.

Just please keep in mind that we need our general representatives to take getting the bids in on time very seriously. But don’t ever forget that Superior Home Services truly does appreciate all the work that you do!
